The Rx Scholarship Fund was formed in 2009 to enhance the standing of community pharmacy at universities. To date it has given more than $400,000 to students and universities to benefit future pharmacists with interest in a career in independent pharmacy.
The Fund has grown in its scope over the years to focus on education and programming options for students with an interest in independent pharmacy. When you support the future of pharmacy through the Rx Scholarship Fund you are investing in new generations of community pharmacists. Without them, community pharmacy has no future.
Rx Scholarship Fund is proud to support pharmacy students interested in a fulfilling career path as a community pharmacy owner. The fund was created to invest in the future of pharmacy and spread the spirit of independent pharmacy to campuses across the country. For the past 10 years we have invited hundreds of students to our annual conference and expanded our presence at campuses by speaking to students and creating a residency program.
We are a 501(c)3 corporation, all of your donations are tax deductible. In any given year we return up to 95% of all donations to students. Our only expenses are insurance and license fees.

Mission: The Rx Scholarship Fund will secure the future of independent pharmacy by expanding the understanding of the benefits and rewards of owning a pharmacy, financially supporting students with an interest in independent pharmacy and reaching as many students as possible.
